Martin Butler

Managing Director

Martin is a highly experienced and well-known Australasian ICT professional. Over an eleven-year period, he held many senior roles within Telecom NZ including General Manager Mobile. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to set new directions, lead and motivate teams, and work effectively with business partners. He brings a strong combination of business and technical expertise, and his experience includes corporate strategy, marketing, commercial management and line management.

Martin has an MBA with Distinction from Victoria University with an Industrial Economics focus.

Verdon Kelliher

General Manager Northern

There's nothing Verdon likes more than a spot of fishing in the Bay of Islands, but when he's not at sea, he's equally happy running our Northern team. Verdon has a long track record in New Zealand's ICT industry, having worked in delivery, marketing, sales and management roles for companies including IBM, Logical Networks, Krone Communications and Telecom New Zealand. He's committed to fostering close relationships with all our customers and partners, and to enabling our team to act quickly to solve your problems.

Steve McDowall

General Manager Southern

As a Scout leader, Steve knows the value of being prepared for any eventuality while also being open to new opportunities, whether it's for adventure in New Zealand's great outdoors or a new business venture. Steve is responsible for managing our key partner relationships with Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, F5, Fortinet and Check Point. His experience in ICT includes senior management positions in sales, consulting, service operations and project management business units. Steve's background also includes telecommunications engineering and project management.

Graeme Baker

Practice Lead, Application Development, South

Graeme's inventive streak doesn't stop at developing great software, and his personal creations include furniture, beer and even preserves. Graeme is a senior .Net developer and software architect who's been managing development teams for several years. He has significant experience designing and building high availability web applications, including a major European news portal and a UK-wide online advertising system. Graeme's skills encompass the .Net framework and supporting tools and several major database technologies and content management systems.

Rhys Lewis

Practice Lead, Application Development, North

After a full-on day working with the latest technologies, Rhys takes time out by riding his retro scooter, pulling shots with a classic lever espresso machine and mowing his lawn with a hand mower. Rhys has been managing development teams for several years and has also worked as an architect and developer. He's worked on large IT projects for government, corporates and mobile networks both here and the UK, where he developed his speciality in designing integration applications for mobile networks. These included a text voting application and the first live concert ever streamed to 3G handsets.

Michael Tapp

Practice Lead, Consulting Services

Michael has an abiding passion for football and he was just five years old when he first took to the pitch. The skills he's developed orchestrating teams and coming up with winning strategies have crossed over well to his role leading our Consulting Services practice. Michael has over 15 years of experience in IT and has provided solution and enterprise architecture and consulting advice to leading New Zealand organisations in the Health, Utilities, Government and Telecommunications sectors. As lead architect, he has provided consultancy expertise across multiple software projects for several large New Zealand corporates.

Alison Zuniga Silva

Client Services Delivery Manager

Like most Kiwis, Alison loves travelling and the beach. Travelling to the beach is even better, especially when it's in Cuba. But there's no relaxing on the job, because it's up to Alison to keep our Managed Services and Managed Resourcing customers happy. She has over 10 years' experience in the service provider industry with a focus on process development and improvement, performance measurement and resource management. She has held senior roles in Quality Management and Service Improvement for several major corporates, and is certified in ITIL, Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
