New addition to Auckland customer team

Optimation has strengthened its customer relationship team with the appointment of James Ormsby to an account management role in our Auckland office.
James’ background in IT encompasses operational IT and systems support, and in recent years, business development and account management. Having worked in both vendor and customer roles, he is well-equipped to understand clients’ needs, match them to appropriate software and services solutions, and then ensure satisfactory delivery and on-going support.
At Optimation, James will be focusing on the provision of application development, web enablement, complex integration and outcomes-based managed services to medium-to-large enterprises.
Most recently, James worked for Sydney-based Blue Central Hosting and Mobility, a provider of Managed Services, Hosting and SaaS solutions.
