Optimation TedX TRUST image

As founding sponsors of TEDxWellington, it was a great privilege for us to once again be a part of such a vibrant, creative event. Optimation has built its reputation on being an innovator and driver of new possibilities in the IT space, and TEDxWellington gives us the opportunity to make connections and share ideas with like-minded people from a huge range of industries and backgrounds. This year’s TEDxWellington theme of ‘Trust’ was a perfect fit with our core belief that trust is the basis of all great partnerships, whether that is with our people, our customers, or the wider community.

We loved being able to share the TEDxWellington experience with some of our customers, and to collaborate with them to imagine creative possibilities and unleash potential in their businesses. Even if you missed the event, you too can share in the ideas and inspiration with all the talks now online at the TEDxWellington website. Highlights include Pamela Bell talking through the prefab housing puzzle, David Eccles on breakthrough DNA sequencing, and Laurinda Thomas on the dangerous myth about libraries. You can also read here some personal thoughts on the event from Craig Reid, our GM Consulting.
